Negative self-talk is a b@&*$


Mastering your thoughts is critical to eliminating negative self talk and maintaining mental health. One way I do this is by keeping record of wins/blessings (big and small) to refer back to when I need a pick me up. This helps greatly with keeping things in perspective and not losing sight of the beauty in everyday, seemingly insignificant things. When you focus on what is, instead of what isn't, you are more able to change the narrative for yourself.
